waterloo farm & bivane river lodge

Waterloo Farm and Bivane River Lodge are situated in the Balele Mountain Range, near Utrecht in Northern KwaZulu-Natal.  We are only 50km from both Newcastle and Vryheid, and within a 3 1/2 hour drive from Durban on the route between the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.  The last few kilometers to the farm is up Knight's Hill Pass, through the Utrecht Balele Community Game Park.  This last stretch is a gravel road which is regularly maintained by the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial authorities.
